Shipping is free for all purchases within Thailand. Local pick-up can also be arranged at our shop. Contact us for location info.
International Shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of $30 per checkout, regardless of the amount of items in the cart. For example, if you have 1 item or 3 items in your cart, the cost for shipping is the same.
Returns
We accept returns of all items within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us by email (or use the form below) to begin the return process. Costs to ship the returned items will be paid by the customer. Full refund will be sent back to your bank account once the item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the item returned is damaged, unclean or deemed in “unsellable” condition.
Exchanges
